1. Shopping cart

  • The shopping cart contains the products you have selected for purchase.
  • You can see the contents of the shopping cart in the box on the right or by selecting the "Shopping cart" link from the top menu.

2. Select a product to cart

  • Select the appropriate product from the E-store catalog.
  • Specify the appropriate number of products in the box named "Shopping Cart". The product is then automatically added to the cart, which is reflected in the cart box on the right.

3. Making an order

  • Click the "View Cart" button in the cart box on the right, or select the "Cart" link from the top menu.
  • Click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom right.
  • Check the products and quantities and then click on the "Continue shopping" button at the bottom right.
  • The purchase can be made by both registered and guest users.
  • After registration, you can choose the delivery and billing address. Add a comment if needed.
  • Then choose the shipping method that works for you.
  • Read and agree to the BioLife Online Store Terms of Use at the end of the shipping method page.
  • Then choose the payment method that's right for you.
  • The order information is then displayed again. Please check them and if all the information is correct, click the "CONFIRM ORDER" button.
  • If you have selected "Pay via bank transfer" as the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the corresponding Internet bank page. After making a successful payment, please be sure to click the "Back to Merchant" button. This confirms the purchase and you will be returned to the BioLife e-store.
  • If you selected "Pay by invoice" as the payment method, the order information together with the bank details will be sent to your e-mail.
  • After receiving the payment, an invoice with the terms of delivery will be sent to your e-mail.

4. Payment for the order

  • You have 7 days to pay the bill. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the order / invoice.

5. Filling an order

  • We will post the ordered goods no later than within 1-3 working days after paying the invoice.

6. Shipping

The methods of delivery of goods within Estonia are as follows:

  • SmartPOST Estonian parcel machine - is a "self-service post office". Parcel machines are located in shopping malls, which have good access, good parking conditions and are open for a long time in the evening. When the parcel arrives at the machine, a text message with a door code is sent to the recipient's mobile phone.
  • Omniva parcel machine - is a "self-service post office". Parcel machines are located in shopping malls, which have good access, good parking conditions and are open for a long time in the evening. When the parcel arrives at the machine, a text message with a door code is sent to the recipient's mobile phone.
  • Omniva Post Office - When a parcel arrives at the post office, a text message is sent to the recipient's mobile phone.
  • SmartPOST Finnish parcel machine - is a "self-service post office". The parcel sent before the parcel machine is emptied will arrive in the Helsinki area the next working day and elsewhere in Finland within 3-5 working days. The shelf life is 7 days.

The transport price is fixed and does not depend on the weight or size of the package.

7. Receiving the goods

  • Goods sent by registered mail or courier will be handed over to you together with the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, please inspect the package and, if external damage occurs, also check the contents of the package. Damages should be noted on the courier or parcel delivery note.

8. Order cancellation

  • In case of non-payment of the order / invoice, the order will be canceled automatically after 7 days.
  • If the goods have not been paid for yet, you can also send an e-mail with the corresponding content to info@biolife.ee to cancel the order.
  • If the goods you have ordered are out of stock at the moment, we will notify you immediately, let you know the time of arrival of the new goods or return the money if you wish.

9. Return of goods

  • You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging and the return application must be sent to Bio Life OÜ in writing to the e-mail address info@biolife.ee within 14 days.
  • The prepayment for the canceled order (except for transport costs) will be returned to the customer's bank account within 14 days after the submission of the application, provided that the goods are returned to Bio Life OÜ within that time.
  • The customer pays the transport costs related to the return of the goods, unless the goods are damaged, which could not be identified by external inspection and did not occur when opening the packaging, or if the goods do not correspond to the product ordered by the customer (wrong product).

10. Receiving the goods from the warehouse, choosing to pick them up yourself

  • We are waiting for you to order from Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 18:00. If necessary, we can also deliver the goods at other times and also on weekends, if this has been agreed in advance.
